This blue moonstone Vintage Ring from the 1930's, is a breathtaking example of intricacy and color used to enhance aesthetic symmetry and color tonality to a superb effect. Weighing 8.2g and measuring 2.1cm wide and 1.1cm deep, this vintage delight is centered with a rare bezel-set 11.50ct oval cabochon blue moonstone measuring 15.71 x 11.12mm graded 'chatoyant whitish-blue' color and 'very good' clarity. Bearing a very noticeable, evenly distributed and indeed impressive ethereal presence, this vintage blue moonstone ring is constructed in 14k yellow gold. Strung on gold wire, these 1.5mm baroque seed-pearls of 'pearly-white' color are threaded through the two-tone rose and green-gold floral motif to either side of the ring. Charmingly accentuated with discreet blue Enamel peeping from the edge of the pearls, this magnificent vintage ring bears vertically enameled shoulders, topped with a red enamel floral motif. A pierced openwork gallery permits the entry of light to below this phenomenal blue moonstone while a smooth undercarriage ensures a comfortable fit.
