This antique Victorian gold, enamel and rose-cut diamond pocket watch weighs 22.9g and measures 43mm long, 31mm wide and 8.5mm deep. Depicted on the front of this 18k rosey-colored gold watch in hand-painted enamel, is a young woman amongst a hand-engraved and painted floral design, bead-set with a trio of rose-cut diamonds. The opposite side is hand-engraved with initials and the interior is stamped 'Patent Medailles, Geneve 1896, 10 Rubis, No 85245'.
