This antique
Georgian Ring with rose-cut diamonds is crafted in 14k rose gold, weighing 3.4g and measuring 12mm wide and 5.5mm deep. Designed as an alluring openwork plaque of ovular format, this classically distinct Georgian
Antique Ring exposes a trio of foil-backed rose-cut diamonds measuring 4.15 and 4.65mm respectively mounted 'en diagonal' atop the openwork plaque, horizontally flanked by curvaceous rows of small foil-backed rose-cut diamonds. Gracefully forked, rose gold shoulders embrace the diamond-encrusted openwork plaque and taper gracefully to merge into a spherical rose-gold band and an easily sizable shank.
Please note that there is no formula for measuring antique rose-cut diamonds and no way to accurately assess the color and clarity due to their foil backing. The information on such diamonds is therefore confined to that which is provided in the description. Here at FCI, we believe that an original Georgian Ring such as this is to be valued for its originality, condition and quality and that the diamond grades are for the main part, inconsequential.
