These Art Nouveau enamel stick pins comprise an articulated dress sword, a very rare enameled orchid and a detachable terrier dog collectively weighing 6.6g and measuring 2.5 to 3 inches long. The elaborately designed dress sword is crafted in 14k yellow gold, accentuated with white enamel, measures 7cm long, 13mm wide and 3mm deep. Immaculately detailed to expose a late 19th century dress sword, this authentic Art Nouveau enamel stick pin incorporates an arresting 'en diagonal' striped hilt rendered in yellow gold and white enamel, highly ornate yellow gold guards designed as a quintessentially Art Nouveau ribbon-bow, an alluring pearl constituting the pommel, complemented by a crescent-shaped knuckle guard adorned with quatrefoil half-pearls, a delicate 14k gold chain suspending from the hilt and tapering along the blade terminating with a sheath designed as an inverted fleur-de-lis profile in alluring textured yellow gold. The temptingly attractive floral pin measuring 1.75cm long, 11.5mm wide and 11mm deep, displays a miniature orchid flower rendered in mauve-and-indigo colored enamel representing the botanically accurate design and colors of a popular variety of orchids. This alluring and very rare enamel orchid pin is adorned with a fiery 0.03ct old mine-cut diamond. The exquisitely designed, detachable terrier pin of English origin is inspired by late-Victorian 'novelty jewelry’ incorporating a 9ct yellow gold pin and a 15ct English gold sculptured terrier, rendered in meticulously textured, matted yellow gold, measuring 16.5mm long, 10.5mm wide and 3.5mm deep. The artistically crafted, anatomically accurate miniature terrier can be unscrewed from the supporting pin.
