This Art Nouveau ring with rose-cut diamonds from Russia is crafted in 14k rose gold, weighs 3.3g and measures 22mm wide and 3mm deep. Epitomizing the sensual, fanciful and feminine Art Nouveau jewelry style, this exquisite ring of naturalistic inspiration depicts a solitaire diamond flower rendered in line with the enchanting 'non-conformist' and innovative Art Nouveau style. The enchanting flower head is mounted on a randomly inclined 'knife-edge' rose gold stem, entwined in alluring diamond-studded scrolls which extend curvaceously to meet the shoulders. The enchanting flower head radiates with a pique rose-cut diamond measuring 4.5mm long and 3mm wide, graded 'very light-yellow'(N) color, mounted within an intricate multiple-prong setting. Four additional pique rose-cut diamonds of matching color embellish the scrolled 'stems’ while temptingly delicate shoulders lead to a spherical rose gold band and an easily sizable shank bearing the official Russian hallmark comprising two-digit zolotniks number '56' denoting 583 (14k purity) and the right-facing kokoshnik profile indicating the period between 1908 and 1917.
