This arresting estate pink sapphire Engagement Ring is further enriched with 0.27cts of baguette diamonds graded H color and VS clarity range, channel-set along the well designed, curvilinear gallery. The bejeweled, tri-dimensional shoulders of this enticing engagement ring merge into a svelte white gold band and an easily sizable shank stamped with the purity mark '18K' and the goldsmith's reference number.
Although often considered synonymous with the color blue, sapphire can be beautiful beyond blue, and display the bright fireworks sunset colors: yellow, pink, orange and purple all of which are referred to as 'fancy sapphires'. The pink variety of sapphire, however, is known either as pink ruby or pink sapphire, both belonging the same mineral and amongst the most beautiful of the corundum family. The most popular fancy sapphire is an orange variety with a fine pinkish undertone which has been given the poetic name 'Padparadisha' meaning 'lotus flower' which is very rare and sells at a premium nearing the price of fine blue sapphires. Other very popular shades of fancy sapphires are yellow and bright orange, with their delicate blended shades of sunset. As a rule, the more clear and vivid the color, the more valuable the fancy sapphire, but irrespective of the color, sapphires combine durability and beauty for generations.

REPAIRS AND SERVICES THAT ARE COVERED:
This Extended Care Jewelry Plan covers all inspections, cleaning if required and Covered Repairs and Services to the jewelry included in this Plan. Covered Repairs and Services to the jewelry include the parts and labor necessary to correct problems which occur during normal usage of the jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which it was designed and manufactured. Depending on the particular items of jewelry for which the Plan coverage is purchased, it will include re-sizing, ring re-shaping, provision and re-setting of small diamonds* or pearl re-stringing, clasp repair, broken chain repair, repair of worn or broken prongs, repair of broken earring posts or other similar repairs.
* The number and size of the diamonds will be dependent on the attitude of the customer.
Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment, or that has been repaired by a store other than Fay Cullen Inc. is not covered by this Extended Care Plan. This Plan also does not cover the shipping cost, loss or theft of this item of jewelry, damage resulting to the jewelry from loss, theft or Act of God, or any consequential damages, or loss of use resulting from the broken or damaged jewelry, or from any delay in our repairing the jewelry.
