Céline and Michael opened Céline and Company in March 1993, as Asheville’s premier full-service custom caterer. In October 2004 they purchased and restored “On Broadway”, an historic private event facility. Céline was born in Egypt and moved to Asheville in 1967. Michael is a businessman and lifelong resident and native of Asheville. Together they have traveled the world and brought back many memories and experiences that have enriched their culinary and business lives. They have two children and two grandchildren.
