This Victorian rhodolite garnet brooch is crafted in 14k yellow gold, weighs 7.3g and measures 60mm long, 24mm wide and 7mm deep. Epitomizing the mid-Victorian naturalistic vogue, this refined and immaculately crafted Victorian brooch depicts a delicate bouquet of pink flowers with randomly inclined, slender stems. Seven alluring bezel-set oval-faceted rhodolite garnets, cumulatively weighing 1.43cts, graded 'lively pale-pink’ color and 'good' clarity constitute the eye-catching flowers, gathered with a handful of elongated linear and folded reeded leaves. The intricate stems are attached at the lower end with twine and secured with a hinged pin and a bayonet clasp closure. Please note that we have left the original patina on this charming antique pin, indicating that it is in pristine condition.
