Custom Contoured Wedding Band Samples
FCI may offer a Custom-contoured Wedding Band to accompany your engagement ring. Our insurance policy doesn't cover the return of your engagement ring to FCI in order to make a custom wedding band, consequently, we need to make it before we ship your ring to you. If you don't want to invest the money in a Wedding Band right now, why don't you purchase a wax mold, which we will keep until you are ready to order your Wedding Band?
The wax mold will prevent the need to return your ring and it will be an exact replica in wax of the wedding band that we will make for you in the future. The price of your Wedding Band will be dependent on the price of platinum or gold at the time of purchase and may be ordered either with or without diamonds. The cost of your wax Wedding Band is deductible from your final Wedding Band purchase.
The price will vary with the price of precious metal but your wedding band will likely cost between $700 and $1500, depending on whether you choose platinum or gold and whether you opt for diamonds or not.
Please note that FCI is not a Designer nor Manufacturer, therefore FCI plays no part in designing your Wedding Band. We simply present your selected engagement ring to our highly skilled jeweler to make either one or two matching wedding bands for your engagement ring.
The pictures on this page are samples of some wedding bands that we have made in the past for delighted customers. If you have specific requirements regarding your Wedding Band, I would encourage you to work with your local High Street Jeweler with CAD capabilities.
Please note that because your FCI wax band is specifically made for your particular ring, it has no value to anyone else and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
LAYAWAY PLAN
Fay Cullen Inc. offers a 60 day Layaway Plan for all those desperately trying to disguise their credit card jewelry expenditure! By means of small payments made over a maximum period of 60 days, clients can make their monthly jewelry budget look much more comforting. Please note that there are No Returns accepted on Layaway items. If you have registered for Priority Viewing, you will see that there are additional beneficial terms.
Layaways are accepted for all items with the Layaway Plan icon.
Please note that all items purchased using our Layaway Plan are Non-returnable and Non-refundable.
LAYAWAY FOR THE MATHEMATICALLY IMPAIRED!
- Simply select your sizing and shipping option and select ‘Check Payment’ option at checkout.
- Divide the total by three.
- Date each of three checks with today’s date.
- Write the date to be deposited on the back of each check. The first check to be deposited will have today's date. The second check will be dated one month
- from today and the third check will be dated two months from today.
- Send them all to us in one envelope to arrive within 5 days of committing to your purchase.
- If you would like to pay using an alternative method of payment, please contact us.

EXTENDED JEWELRY CARE PLAN
Our Extended Jewelry Care Plan is specifically designed for your peace of mind.
REPAIRS AND SERVICES THAT ARE COVERED:
This Extended Care Jewelry Plan covers all inspections, cleaning if required and Covered Repairs and Services to the jewelry included in this Plan. Covered Repairs and Services to the jewelry include the parts and labor necessary to correct problems which occur during normal usage of the jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which it was designed and manufactured. Depending on the particular items of jewelry for which the Plan coverage is purchased, it will include re-sizing, ring re-shaping, provision and re-setting of small diamonds* or pearl re-stringing, clasp repair, broken chain repair, repair of worn or broken prongs, repair of broken earring posts or other similar repairs.
* The number and size of the diamonds will be dependent on the attitude of the customer.
Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment, or that has been repaired by a store other than Fay Cullen Inc. is not covered by this Extended Care Plan. This Plan also does not cover the shipping cost, loss or theft of this item of jewelry, damage resulting to the jewelry from loss, theft or Act of God, or any consequential damages, or loss of use resulting from the broken or damaged jewelry, or from any delay in our repairing the jewelry.
