This Edwardian style diamond engagement ring setting in platinum or 18k white gold (presently shown mounted with a 1.65ct cushion-cut diamond) measures 16mm wide and 7.5mm deep. Mounted in an opulent foliate motif diamond embellished platinum crown setting with curvilinear pierced open-work botanically themed vaulted shoulders and a curvaceous gallery, this Edwardian style ring is bead-set with approximately 0.38cts of European-cut diamonds graded H/I color and VS/SI clarity. This dainty yet well constructed engagement ring is suited to a round, emerald-cut or cushion-cut diamond, concluded with a subtly reeded band, an easily sizeable shank and finely mille grained edgework throughout.
