Great Service. OK, so you sent me the wrong ring first time around. But Kenneth was great / and sooooo embarassed! Did you figure it out yet, Ken? Anyway, Fay paid for return express carriage for the ring and sent the new one out express. The whole exchange took one week, which was less time than it took for me to send the money. When Fay says she cares that her customers are happy, I think she means it. Oh, and the ring looks great too / nothing less would do after 20 years married!
