FCI REPLACED My Ring Setting after 7 YEARS!!!

An FCI ring I bought 7 years ago was damaged when a 40 lb weight fell on my finger. Metal was twisted beyond repair, but not a single diamond fell out. I had to scrap the setting, but was able to get a replacement within two weeks of my order. New ring is beautiful! I am happy with the product, the service and the company in general. Nancy
